Training session to ehance employees performance in Gorkhapatra

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, April 6: The seven-day long capacity building training was delivered with an aim to enhance the efficiency of the employees of the Gorkhapatra Corporation.

The trainers, Mohan Gajurel, Ramu Aryal and Nitin Sharma, provided training. In the training, Gajurel gave training on business strategy, Sharma on online advertising and Aryal on graphic design.  

As many as 20 people participated in the capacity building training on ‘advertisement, business promotion and graphic design, online advertisement’, organized by the department of planning of the Corporation.  

According to the Head of the Department of Planning Babita Karki, also spokesperson of the  Gorkhapatra Corporation,  the training was delivered to develop prompt skills in employees who have been working in traditional ways. The training was a breakthrough. 

The Administration Officer of the Training Section Ram Bahadur Shah, believed that the training will enhance the performance of employees who took part in the training session.
