APF provides hairdressing training for Sunsari locals

By Our Correspondent,Inaruwa, Apr. 3: The Armed Police Force (APF) Nepal has begun a 15-day free hairdressing training for 20 youths living in the villages bordering Nepal and India. The APF has begun the training under APF with the border people programme in Harinagar Rural Municipality in Sunsari district. 

Additional Inspector General and Chief of the Border Security Department Narayan Dutta Paudel inaugurated the training amidst a function on Tuesday. 

The training has been started at Baraha Brigade Office, Pakali, and No. 4 Battalion Headquarters, Inaruwa, Sunsari.  

AIG Paudel said that they started providing the youths with hairdressing training as per the mission and objectives of the organisation to coordinate and cooperate with the locals living in the border area. 

In the programme, Barah Brigade Pakli's Brigade Head and Deputy Inspector General, Anjani Kumar Pokharel, said that APF would gradually organise capacity building and other programmes in other places as well.

APF No. 4 Battlaion Chief and Superintendent of Police Samenanda Bajracharya said that 20 local youth selected by the municipality have joined the15-day training.
