Bin’s family provided financial assistance

By Shivashankar Mishra,Bara, Jan. 18: Krishna Prasad Yadav, Province Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Development of Madhes Province, has provided Rs. 125,000 to the family of Laxmi Mukhiya Bin of Simraungadh Municipality Ward No. 1 who was killed in a firing during a protest on December 13 last year.   

President of Nepali Congress Madhes Province Working Committee and Province Minister Yadav visited the Bin family on Wednesday and provided the cash amount. 

Handing over the cash to the family members of the late Bin, Minister Yadav said that the province government had announced to provide additional assistance of Rs. 500,000 to the family and they would hand over the promised money soon.  Laxmi Mukhiya Bin, a 25-year-old youth of Simraungadh Municipality-1, was killed when police fired to control a clash erupted between the agitating employees and police on December 13 last year. 

Vice-President of Madesh Province Nepali Congress Chandra Shekhar Yadav condemned the excessive use of force, which culminated in the death of Bin.
