No hearing on writ petitions against TikTok ban due to time shortage

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec 5: The petition filed against the ban of TikTok in Nepal has been put on the 'no time to see' list by the Supreme Court on Tuesday.

A joint bench of Justices Sushmalata Mathema and Binod Sharma has put the case for the ban against the TikTok app on the 'no time to see' list'. 

A total of 14 writ petitions were filed against the ban on TikTok at the Supreme Court.

Earlier SC had ordered the government to show cause on the TikTok ban case and scheduled a full hearing for today.
