President Paudel issues Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Ordinance
Kathmandu, April 30: President Ramchandra Paudel has issued the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2083, on Thursday.
President Paudel, on recommendation of the Council of Ministers, issued the Ordinance in accordance with Article 114 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, according to the Office of the President. (RSS)
