Body of Ganesh, killed in Israel, handed to relatives

By Abinash Chaudhary, Dhangadhi, Oct.17: The body of student Ganesh Kumar Nepali, who was killed in Israel by a Hamas attack, was handed over to his relatives today morning. 

The body of a Nepali from Jayaprithvi Municipality-11 brought to Kathmandu from Israel on Thursday has been handed over to the family. The body was taken to Attariya Kailali district, by ambulance from Kathmandu at 8 PM. 

Shiva Raj Joshi, Spokesperson at the District Administration Office, said that the body was sent to Bajhang in a hearse at 1 PM today. Students, who went to Israel for a learn and earn program from Far Western University, Faculty of Agriculture Science, Kailali, as an intern 10 students were killed by the Hamas group.

Bodies of four of those who lost their lives have been brought and the last rites of them have already been performed.

Last rites of Ashish Chaudhary of Joshipur Rural Municipality-5, Maina Pokhari, Narayan Prasad Neupane from Ghodaghodi Municipality-4, Lokendra Singh Dhami of Malikaarjun Municipality-4, Darchula, and Dipesh Raj Bista of Lekam Rural Municipality-5, Darchula, is already performed. The five bodies are yet to touch the ground in Nepal.
