Manang Air's pilot Sedhain dies during treatment

Kathmandu, Oct 25: Prakash Kumar Sedhain, the Manang Air helicopter pilot who was injured following a helicopter crash on October 14, has died today in course of treatment. He was being treated at the National Burn Centre, Mumbai in India.    

Manang Air's manager Raju Neupane said Sedhain died today in course of treatment at the National Burn Centre, Mumbai. He was taken to Mumbai for advanced treatment as he could not be treated here in Kathmandu.    

According to the Centre, Sedhain sustained burn injuries in 45 to 50 percent of his body, including his face and limbs. The Manang Air chopper with the call sign 9N-ANJ crashed at Lobuche of Solukhumbu. (RSS)
