CJ submits annual report of SC to President
BY A STAFF REPORTER,Kathmandu, July 17: Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and Chairman of the Judicial Council and Judicial Service Commission Hari Krishna Karki submitted the annual report of the Supreme Court, Judicial Council and Judicial Service Commission for the Fiscal Year 2022/023 to President Ramchandra Paudel on Sunday.
Issuing a press statement on Sunday, Sailaja Regmi Bhattarai, the spokesperson for the Office of the President, said that Chief Justice Karki had submitted the annual report according to Article 138 of the Constitution of Nepal.
