TRN's Rangeli reporter feted
By Our Correspondent,Urlabari, July 13: Four journalists, including The Rising Nepal's Rangeli correspondent, were awarded by the Sancharkarmi Cooperative Ltd., Biratnagar on Wednesday.
Senior journalist Pramod Pradhan, The Rising Nepal's Navaraj Kattel, Makalu TV's news presenter Santosh Sigdel and Ranjita Pokharel of Nepal Times were awarded on the occasion of the cooperative's 12th anniversary on Wednesday.
Pradhan was presented the Torendra Indira Press Freedom Award, Kattel received the Om Prakash Goyal Economic Journalism Award, Sigdel was honoured with the Member Chandra Lal-Durgadevi Dahal Award and Pokharel the Mina Shrestha Working Women Award.
