‘JACKIE - I am 21’ team busy promoting film

By A Staff Reporter,Nepalgunj, Apr. 25: Lead actors Dhiraj Magar and Jasita Gurung of ‘JACKIE - I am 21’ are now busy promoting their film which is scheduled to be released on May 4. 

On Friday and Saturday, they were in Butwal, Bhairahawa, Kapilvastu, and Nepalgunj for the promotion of their movie. They argued that the story of their movie was totally new.

In Nepalgunj, the film unit said that theirs was a new story.  Talking to journalists in Banke, actor Magar said that the story of ‘JACKIE - I am 21’  would inspire youth to strive to achieve their goals.

He said that the story of 'Hip Pop Dance' is covered for the first time in Nepal through this film. Actress Gurung said that this film encapsulates the enthusiasm of youth.

She further added that the movie would fulfill the desire of the Nepali audience to enjoy a  different story on the screen. 

 Directed by Renasha Rai Rana, dance choreographer, the film attempts to portray the passion of a young man  to become a dancer despite his father’s desire to see him join the British Army.
