Patan High Court dismisses Order against Prasad 2

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Apr. 12: The interim order given by the Patan High Court to halt the screening of the film 'Prasad 2' has been dismissed.

A joint bench of Judges Rajendra Kharel and Bimal Subedi issued that the interim order of April 4 be annulled. 

The latest order has paved the way for the release of the film.

Following the court order, the film is now scheduled to be released on April 28. Earlier, the film was to be screened from  April 7.  

 Keshav Pandey, one of the producers of the film, had filed a petition in the Patan High Court demanding a halt to the release of the film stating that film producer Suvash Thapa did not give his money. 

In 'Prasad 2' directed by Sudarshan Thapa, Bipin Karki, Keki Adhikari, Arpan Thapa, and Mahesh Tripathi have done the lead roles.
