Sirubari Homestay Celebrating Silver Jubilee

By Arjun Kafle, Feb 12,  Syangja: First community homestay of South Asia, Sirubari is going to celebrate its silver Jubilee.

Chairperson of Sirubari Tourism Development Board Committee, Jitendra Gurung informed that it is going to celebrating its silver jubilee in February 17 and 18.

The committee has informed that the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Sudan Kirati, various ministries of Gandaki province are invited to join the celebration event.

This was founded by Late Captain Rudra Man Gurung to attract foreign tourist and promote Gurung culture around the globe.  

Committee chairperson Gurung said that 22 households are delivering the home stay service.

The visitor can see Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre and Srinagar of Palpa from the view tower. 

People can organize wedding, sacred thread wearing ceremony (Bratabandha).

Tourists can enjoy variety of cultural show, cultural arts.
