MC Chair Prachanda meets Indian External Affairs Minister Jaishankar in Delhi

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 16: Chairman of CPN (Maoist Centre) Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', who is on a visit to India, has met with Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar in Delhi.

Dahal who reached Delhi on Friday has intensified his meeting with top political leaders in India.

Dahal visited India at the invitation of Bharatiya Janata Party President Jagat Prakash Nadda, has started the meeting from Saturday.

After the meeting, tweeting in both Nepali and English language, External Affairs Minister Jaishankar said that India will always be a reliable partner for the development and prosperity of Nepal, reflecting the Neighbor First Policy.

He wrote, "Pleased to welcome @cmprachanda to India on his visit at the invitation of BJP President @JPNadda ji. A productive discussion on strengthening our neighbourly relationship with a focus on economic cooperation."
