'Support to make local poll a success'

Online, Kathmandu, May 12: Chief Election Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya
has urged all for support to make the local level election a grand success.
I urge
all for support to hold the local poll in a fair, free and credible as well as
economic manner, said Chief Election Commissioner Thapaliya at a press meet
today.
"Election
is the means to meaningfully exercise democracy and it is the foundation of
ruling system by the representatives," he said.
He also
appealed to all voters to use their conscience appropriately and added that security
arrangement has been made for ensuring peaceful and safe voting environment.
