The weather is generally cloudy in the hilly and mountainous parts in Lubmini and Sudurpaschim provinces of the country at present. The weather in the rest of the parts of the country is generally fair, according to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology. Airi was the first general manager of the Sansthan to be formally bid farewell by the two dailies in recognition of his impressive performance in the last six months of his tennure as executive head of the oldest publication house. He was appointed General Manager of the Corporation on March 31, 2022, and was given executive authority on September 28, 2025.

The farmers took out a rally carrying tools such as plough, yoke, hoe and spade in Diktel bazaar, Khotang district headquarters on Monday.
