Elderly person arrested on murder charge
Okhaldhunga, Sept 7: An elderly person has been arrested on the charge of murder in the district. Police arrested Tilak Bahadur Katuwal, 83, of Sunkoshu rural municipality on the charge of murdering his neighbour Som Bahadur Adhikari, 83. A dispute had taken place between them on Wednesday morning and Katuwal pushed Adhikari when Adhikri was returning home taking milk from a cowshed. Injured Adhikari was rushed to District Hospital but doctors pronounced him dead on arrival, said Police Inspector at the District Police Office, Bikas Rai. Police arrested Katuwal on Wednesday evening and further investigation into the case was underway. (RSS)
