Heavy snowfall in lower Mustang
Mustang, April 6: Heavy snowfall has taken place in lower Mustang including the Muktinath area. There has been continuous snowfall in the Muktinath area since this afternoon.
Muktinath Development Committee Manager Dinesh Bhusal said that the present snowfall in the Muktinath area is the heaviest of the season. The Muktinath area has received snow six times so far.
The snowfall has impacted daily life as well as the devotees who have come to visit Muktinath.
Suraj Gurung, the proprietor of Hotel Grand Sambala, said that the snowfall has obstructed the journey of devotees from Ranipauwa Bus Park to the temple. (RSS)
