Meteorological activity to increase from Thursday

Kathmandu, March 11: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has stated that meteorological activity will increase from Thursday.     

The Department's Weather Forecasting Division issued a special weather bulletin today stating that meteorological activity is expected to increase from Thursday and that there is a possibility of rain in some parts of the country. This indicates that the current situation of pollution is likely to gradually improve.     

The Department's Information Officer Dinkar Kayastha has also requested people to adopt necessary safety measures to avoid the negative health effects of the polluted weather.     

The Division has also stated that it is continuously monitoring the weather system across the country and will be regularly update about the situation.(RSS)
