Lumbini, Jan 28: Rastriya Janamorcha has laid emphasis on decentralized and balanced development policy for the development of the country with regional balance.
Making public the election manifesto for the House of Representatives (HoR) elections scheduled for coming March 5 today, Rastriya Janamorcha has stressed the need for the State to focus on balanced development giving priority to the backward districts and regions from development perspectives.
The party has drawn a conclusion that the corruption is the profound challenge to the sustainable development of the country. The manifesto has emphasized the importance of formation of the high-level powerful commission to that end and subsequent investigation and actions into the grafts at all levels.
The party has also come up with an idea of mapping tourism potentials in the areas and developing a master plan for the promotion.
The manifesto has underlined the need of integrating historically important relics and antique structures of Rupandehi, Kapilvastu and Nawalparasi West and developing the Buddhist archaeological city.
Janamorcha has also highlighted the development of all sectors, including transportation, tourism, agriculture, industry, foreign policy, employment generation, health, education, senior citizens among others.
On the occasion, Janamorcha Chairperson Chitra Bahadur KC urged the voters to emerge them winner in the upcoming elections by shunning past mistakes. (RSS)
