Thapa awarded Rapti Journalism Award 2082

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec. 28: Journalist Bhoj Raj Thapa has been honored with the Rapti Journalism Award 2082, recognizing his decade-long contribution to social and responsible journalism.

The award was presented during the 9th National Rapti Music Awards ceremony held on Friday, where Thapa was acknowledged for his impactful work in social journalism.

He received the award from senior artist, comedian Madan Krishna Shrestha, in the presence of distinguished guests, artists, and media professionals.

Speaking after receiving the honor, journalist Thapa expressed gratitude and reflected on the responsibility that comes with such recognition. He stated that while the award has encouraged him, it has also increased his sense of accountability toward the profession. He also thanked the organizers for considering him deserving of the award.
