14 new voting sites added in Gandaki

By Phadinra Adhikari, Kaski, Dec 12: Additional new 14 voting sites are added in 11 districts of Gandaki Province for the election of the House of Representatives (HoR) to be held on March 5. 

Additional 1,297 voting sites have been set up for the upcoming election from 1,283 sites of the previous election.   

Three voting sites added in Gorkha for this election. Information Officer of Gandaki Province, Rudra Neupane, shared that there will be 225 voting sites in total with the inclusion of the three new ones.

Similarly, two additional voting sites are added in Lamjung from the previous 128 meanwhile two voting sites are relocated while three added in Kaski.  Now there are 153 voting sites in Kaski from the previous 150. 

All three new voting sites are added in Pokhara Municipality.  

In Kaski 17,894 voters are added after the declaration of election.

Now, there are 311.7 thousand voters in Kaski.

There are 144 voting sites in Tanahu, 114 in Nawalparasi, 107 in Baglung, 73 in Parbat while  there are 39 voting sites in Mustang district and 82 in Myagdi district.
