By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct 9: The government has intensified construction of diversions to resume BP highway that has remained obstructed to landslides and floods.

The obstructed road has been divided into three sectors to accelerate the works.

Dapchapul to Charsaya Besi has been named as sector A, Gamdibesi to Dallabesi as sector B and from Sukkha Pahiro to Mampi as sector C.

Diversion will be built at the A and the B sectors by today and by Friday at the C sector, according to the target set by the Road Division, Bhaktapur.

Those involved in diversion construction said that problems were faced to meet target as water level has not receded in the Roshi stream as expected.
