Koshi Hospital launches Gen-Z Clinic

Biratnagar, Oct 8: Koshi Hospital in Biratnagar, Morang, has launched a Gen-Z Clinic to provide prompt medical care to those people injured during the Gen-Z demonstrations held on September 8–9.     

The clinic was established under the initiative of the Ministry of Home Affairs and in accordance with directives from the Ministry of Health and Population at the federal level, according to the hospital’s Medical Superintendent, Dr Runa Jha.     

Individuals injured and holding identity cards will receive immediate treatment upon visiting the facility.     

The hospital has formed a five-member committee to ensure the effective operation of the clinic. The committee is coordinated by the Chief of the Orthopedic Department, Dr Mahendra Prasad Mahato.     

Other members on the committee are Dr Sunil Babu Khanal, Chief of the Medicine Department, Dr Kshitiz Giri, Medical Officer of Surgical Department, Nabita Sharma, OPD In-Charge and Kameshwor Parihasta, Hospital Focal Person (Member Secretary).(RSS)
