YCL mobilized in Balkhu area to clean inundated houses
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct 5: Members of Young Communist League, Nepal (YCL) have been mobilized in rescue and relief works of the people affected by floods and inundation caused by incessant rainfall.
A team led by YCL chair Pushpa Oli today reached Balkhu and Teku area
where flooded Bagamati River entered houses and caused inundation. The team
cleaned the houses by draining out the flood water.
YCL has said that it has mobilized over 10 thousand of its members for
the rescue, relief works to support people affected by flood, landslides and
inundation caused by the ongoing incessant rainfall.
