Energy Minister Ghising assumes office

Kathmandu, Sept.15: Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Kulman Ghising has assumed the office.
Before assuming the office, he took the oath of office and secrecy before President Ramchandra Paudel at the President's Office, Sheetal Niwas.
President Paudel appointed him as the Energy Minister on Sunday evening, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister Sushila Karki.
