Kathmandu, Sept 5: Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakash Man Singh has shared that Nepal has now become able to impart better education in the country and no one has to go abroad for this.
Addressing the 45th anniversary of Dillibazar Kanya Multiple Campus, DPM Singh said, "Students in this campus are not only getting education, but are also capable, skilled and competitive. The campus has set an example that better education can be obtained in the country."
He mentioned that the 45-year journey of the campus is very inspiring, adding this campus has incomparable contribution especially in the sector of women education.
The campus has been making quality contribution in overall education system not only for girl education, he argued.
The Deputy Prime Minister shared that statistics shows that the students, who have studied here, have successfully joined different commissions, government bodies.
He further said that the attraction of students towards this campus has been found increased, adding, "The government is ready to provide possible support for physical infrastructures, educational quality and technical empowerment of the campus."
Similarly, Campus Chief Aparajita Aryal opined that the campus has become successful to provide best education despite various challenges.
"Our campus amidst various challenges has started initiatives to establish itself as the best educational institution across the country", she stressed.
On the occasion, students who achieved outstanding results were honoured as well as some lecturers and staffs were also honoured with letter of appreciation for their significant and long contribution in the campus. (RSS)
