Application opens for the 4th edition of Mrs. Nepal World

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, July 8: The application for the 4th edition of Mrs. Nepal World was announced amid a press conference held in Lalitpur recently. 

Chairman of Ribbon Entertainment, the organiser of the beauty pageant, Nishukant Jha, informed that the first phase of auditions will take place on August 2 at Aryal International Hotel in New Baneshwor. The grand finale is scheduled for October 14 at the Nepal Academy in Kamaladi.

This year, popular comedian Kedar Ghimire (Magne Budha) and actress Deepika Prasai have joined the pageant.

 At the press event, Kedar participated as the chief guest, while Deepika was introduced as the goodwill ambassador.

Kedar also announced a donation of Rs. 51,000 to support Mrs. Nepal 2023, Sita Subedi, who is currently battling stage four cancer, and urged others to contribute as well. He emphasised that Mrs. Nepal offers a great opportunity for married women and highlighted the importance of family support, along with individual talent and dedication, to participate in such events.

Chairman Nishukant Jha said that this year’s competition will be more extensive and well-organised.

Board Director Arushi Agrawal said that Mrs. Nepal is not only about external beauty but also about realising women's dreams.

According to organiser Jha, there is no height or weight requirement to participate, but candidates must have at least passed the SLC (School Leaving Certificate). Single women are also eligible to participate.

Applications can be submitted via the Khalti app or through the official Ribbon Entertainment website.

Aswini Kant Jha will serve as the main choreographer, with Sandeep Bhujel handling the dance choreography and Aina Gajurel assisting.

Alongside Mrs. Nepal World, the winners of Mrs. Nepal International and Ms. International titles will also be announced on the same stage.

The winner of Mrs. Nepal World will represent Nepal at Mrs. World 2025, to be held in the USA.
