Gharapjhong RM to hold climate conference, invite chiefs of 753 local levels
By Harikrishna Sharma, Muktinath (Mustang), June 24: Gharapjhong Rural Municipality has come up with a plan to hold climate conference of chiefs of all 753 local levels to make widely known about the adverse effects of climate change in Mustang.
The local level has allocated a sum of Rs. 7.5 million for the
conference in its annual budget for fiscal year of 2025/26 presented today at
the 16th village assembly.
The local level has presented a sum of Rs. 320 million 633 thousand as
the annual budget for the upcoming FY.
