Rs 10.1 billion allocated to mid-day meals, 2.8 million students to benefit
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 29: Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel, presenting the annual estimate of revenue and expenditure for the fiscal year of 2025/026 at the joint meeting of the federal parliament, said that the budget have been increased to Rs 10.1 billion allocated for mid-day meals of children upto grade 5. With this, 2.8 million students will benefit.
