Dhorpatan (Baglung), May 11: Two health posts were constructed at a time in Galkot Municipality, Baglung. The municipality stated that health posts were built at Dudilabhati in ward no. 1 and Malma in ward no. 7 with new facilities to provide effective health care services to the people there.

Health Post was built at the cost of Rs 18.1 million while Rs 23.1 million was
invested for building construction of the Malma Health Post, spokesperson of
Galkot Municipality Him Bahadur Bhandari said.
Spokesperson Bhandari stated that
the municipality has made an immense investment in the health care sector
adding that the municipality has made maximum efforts to ensure quality and
effective health care services.
Currently, there are 14 health care
facilities including a municipal hospital. The municipality is providing
birthing services from nine centres and lab services from five health
facilities. (RSS)
