'Party's general convention should be held within statutory time'
Bhairahawa (Rupandehi), March 1: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Dr Shekhar Koirala has said the party's general convention should be held within the statutory time.
Talking to media persons at the Gautam Buddha International Airport, he stressed the need for holding the general convention by 2082 BS.
Leader Dr Koirala expressed concern over the delay in the renewal and distribution of membership before the general convention.
He pointed out the need to move ahead by accomplishing the party's general convention by 2082 and consolidating the party to secure majority in 2084 general elections.(RSS)
