President, Vice-President worship at Pashupatinath Temple

Kathmandu, Feb 26: President Ramchandra Paudel and Vice-President Ram Sahay Prasad Yadav have performed pooja and made offerings at Pashupatinath Temple today.     

There is a tradition of worshipping at Pashupatinath Temple from the head of the nation on the occasion of Mahashivaratri.     

Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Badri Prasad Pandey, Member-Secretary of Pashupati Area Development Trust, Dr Milan Kumar Thapa, Trust office-bearers, employees, among others welcomed President and Vice-President in the Pashupati area.     

President Paudel received prasad from the main Priest of Pashupatinath Temple, Ganesh Bhatta. The President was accompanied by his spouse, Sabita Paudel.(RSS)
