Festival gives national feel: NC President Deuba

Kathmandu, Feb 26: Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said the festivals have reinforced unity in diversity and strengthened national feeling in Nepal.    
In his best wishes message given on the occasion of the Mahashivaratri festival, celebrated by worshipping God Shiva today, President Deuba hoped the Mahashivaratri would inspire all to protect and preserve the religious and cultural heritages. He wished it helped maintain harmonious relations among all castes, communities and classes in Nepal.    
The NC President wished peace, prosperity and happiness to all Nepalis living in the country and abroad on this occasion. (RSS)
