HoR session resumes

Kathmandu, Feb 11: A session today of the House of Representatives (HoR) resumed a while ago, following the disruptions from the CPN (Maoist Center) and the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) among others.     

They obstructed the meeting, demanding that it should be operated as per the established 'rules and procedures'.     

In response, Speaker Devraj Ghimire said a decision will be taken after necessary assessment regarding misunderstanding on time management.     

Deputy Speaker Indira Rana Magar who took charge of conducting the session following the operations of emergency and zero hour session, allocated time to Ramhari Khatiwada from the ruling part to air views without entering the meeting agenda. This prompted the CPN (Maoist Center) and RSP to protest.(RSS)
