Kathmandu, Feb.7: Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Arzu Rana Deuba has arrived at Dhangadhi, the temporary capital of Sudurpaschim Province.
Foreign Minister Rana departed for Dhangadhi on a regular flight of Buddha Air on Friday morning to inaugurate the district conference of the Nepali Congress.
She was warmly welcomed by the Chief Minister of Sudur Paschim Province Kamal Bahadur Shah, other ministers, members of the Provincial Assembly, and other leaders and activists of the Nepali Congress, at the Dhangadhi Airport.
