Unity in diversity is Nepal's beauty: Minister Gurung

Kathmandu, Feb 5: Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Prithvi Subba Gurung, has said unity in diversity is the most beautiful aspect of Nepal.     

In the 100th birth anniversary of Guru Yongdzin Rinpoche and inauguration of a building of Triten Norbutse Yungdrung Bon High School at Swoyambhu, Minister Gurung spoke on the importance of Buddhism.     

Different castes, languages, religions and communities have made Nepal beautiful, he reminded, urging the government to identify the problems facing by people of mountainous region. The Minister also asked the stakeholders to put the problems of mountainous region before government.     

He further said the federal system achieved after a long struggle have respected secularism. Gurung requested every community to take its maximum benefit. The salient features of federalism should be properly utilized, the Minister stressed.(RSS)
