The economic indicators have shown gradual improvement of country's economy, Minister Paudel said at a press meet and interaction organized here today by the Finance Ministry.

Finance Minister Paudel, also the deputy prime minister, further claimed that the economic indicators have been improving after the formation of the present government. "The economic indicators were negative earlier. It has taken time and a lot of energy has to be devised to make the indicators positive. We have now taken the declining economy to a positive direction," he said.
The umbrella organizations of the private sector welcomed the amendment of the law through the ordinance, he said, adding it has played a role in advancing the private sector.
"The government is working to improve the capital expenditure qualitatively," Finance Minister Poudel shared.
