Yomari festival in Dharan from Saturday
Dharan (Sunsari), Dec 12: The Newa Deya Dabu is set to host a Yomari festival for three days from coming Saturday onwards.
At a press conference on Wednesday, the host informed that the festival with Dhime dance will be organized.
Central Vice-President Anil Maskey said that 200 artists will perform in the festival of fifth edition.
In the Nepal language-speaking community, it is customary to offer it to the deities and consume as prasad on the day of Yomari Purnima (bread made from rice flour and specially cooked with steam by placing sesame seeds inside). (RSS)
