Jayaprithvi Highway comes into operation
Dasharathchand (Baitadi), July 12: The Jayaprithvi Highway connecting Khodpe-Bajhang, which was blocked by a landslide, has now come into operation.
The highway was blocked since 9 am this morning after a landslide occurred on the road near Nachanthali in Baitadi.
According to Balram Pandey, spokesperson of the District Police Office, the road has come into full operation since 3 pm today after the landslide was cleared with the help of a dozer from the Patan road division office.
He further mentioned that all vehicles that were stuck have now resumed their journey to their respective destinations.(RSS)
