PM inaugurates bridge along Postal Highway

Kathmandu, July 13: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli inaugurated the Ratuwa Bridge along the Postal Highway on Sunday.

The structure connecting Morang and Jhapa via the Gaurigunj-Ambari road section was inaugurated by the Prime Minister amidst a programme organised by the Directorate of Postal Highway, the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport.     

On the occasion, he pledged to take measures to address the lack of irrigation facilities, accelerate the development endeavours and end poverty in the country within the next 15 years.     

He also urged the local levels to implement model initiatives of agricultural modernisation and commercialisation as well, according to the PM' Secretariat. (RSS)
