NC to keep Party Office closed tomorrow to mourn demise of Dhungana

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov 18: Nepali Congress (NC) has decided to keep its party office closed on Tuesday to mourn the demise of former Speaker Daman Nath Dhungana.

An emergency meeting of the party's Central Working Committee on Monday decided to shut the party office on Tuesday and lower the party flag to half-mast on Monday and Wednesday passing a condolence motion. 

Party General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa informed that the emergency meeting decided to lower the party flag to half-mast on Monday and Tuesday. Similarly, the Party office will remain closed on Tuesday and the meeting also decided to organise a condolence programme till the 13th day of the former speaker's demise.
