One dies of multiple hornet stings in Panchthar

By Radha Luitel, Phidim, Oct.25: A person died after being stung by hornets at Phidim Municipality, Panchthar District.

According to the District Police Office, Panchthar, a 26-year-old Shuva Raj Tumrok, of Phidim Municipality-6, Panchthar. 

A group of hornets bit Tumrok when he was removing a nest of hornets on October 23. 

26-year-old Tumrok got injured after being bitten by multiple hornets and later died while Phidim Municipality 

According to the Information Officer Beni Lal Shah of the District Police Office, Panchthar, Tumrok, who got seriously ill after being bitten by multiple hornets in different parts of the body, died at home when he was about to be brought to headquarters Phidim for treatment for further treatment after receiving preliminary treatment at the local medical center.
