President to offer Dashain tika
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct 8: President Ram Chandra Paudel will put Dashain tika from 3 pm on October 12.
According to press note of assistant spokesperson of President Office Basanta Prasad Panthi, President will put tika to dignitaries from 3 pm to 3:30 pm and after 3:30, general public can take tika from him.
