Bollywood actors Nawazuddin, Anurag coming to Nepal

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Sept. 5: Bollywood actors Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Anurag Kashyap are coming to Nepal for the premiere of Shambhala on September 8.

Issuing a press release, the film unit said that Siddiqui, known for his standout roles in Gangs of Wasseypur and The Lunchbox, and Kashyap, the director of Gangs of Wasseypur, are big names in Indian cinema, and their presence is sure to draw attention.

Shambhala, directed by Min Bahadur Bham, has already gained international recognition.

 The film’s lead actress, Thinley Lhamo, won the Boccalino d’Oro Prize at the Locarno Film Festival, highlighting the movie’s impact on global audiences. Set in Nepal’s stunning landscapes, the film explores deep themes of cultural identity and resilience.

The film is set to be released across the country on September 13.
