Suspicious item found in Balambu disposed

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Aug.22: The team of the Nepali Army has disposed of a suspicious object found in the yard of a house near Balambu School located in Chandragiri Municipality -12. 

According to the Police Inspector of Police Office Balambu Division Upendra Prasad Acharya, a pressure cooker with wire was found in front of the house in the morning. 

He said that the disposal team was called and deployed on the site to dispose of it after receiving the information of the news.  No explosive material was found in the suspicious-looking pressure cooker. 

Acharya said that the police suspected that a suspicious-looking pressure cooker was kept to scare the locals. 

Two people are suspected of the deed and search of them is underway.
