Bagmati CM Lama secures vote of confidence

By Ram Mani Dahal, Hetauda, July 30: The Chief Minister of Bagmati Province Bahadur Singh Lama Tamang secured a trust vote from the Provincial Assembly (PA) on Tuesday.

Speaker of the PA Bhuwan Kumar Pathak informed that Lama received 64 votes in favour and 35 votes against his vote of confidence proposal out of 103 members presented. Similarly, three members were neutral.

CM Lama was appointed as Chief Minister of the Province on July 23.
