Dr Yadav appointed Madhesh Province Public Service Commission Chairman

Janakpurdham, July 26: Dr Shivaram Yadav has been appointed the Chairman of the Madhes Province Public Service Commission. A meeting of the Province Government, Council of Ministers appointed him to the post, said the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers' Secretariat.    

A resident of Gambhariya, Siraha Municipality-13 in Siraha district, Dr Yadav is a PhD degree holder in Mechanical Engineering. His predecessor Surendra Prasad Yadav had retired on March 5, 2024 due to age-bar.    

The Province Public Service Commission was without the Chairman for the last five months, affecting the publication of the employee intake schedule, conduction of examinations and job interviews and the selection process.
