Acharya appointed CM of Lumbini Province

By Chhabi Lal Pandey, Butwal, July 22: The Lumbini Province Chief Amik Sherchan appointed the UML Lumbini Province's Parliamentary Party Deputy Leader Chet Narayan Acharya as the Chief Minister of the Province on Monday.

Province Chief Sherchan has appointed Acharya as CM as per Article 168 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal.

Earlier, with the 56 signatures of Nepali Congress and UML lawmakers claim was submitted before Province Chief Amik Sherchan.
