Taplejung Gold Cup from 19 August

Fungling (Taplejung), July 18: Taplejung Gold Cup football tournament will be held from August 19.    
    
Chairperson of the organising committee, Devraj Gurung, said at a press conference held here on Wednesday that 'A' division clubs will be invited to take part in the competition. The event is hosted by the Lakhejatra Steering Committee.    
Meanwhile, the prize money has been determined. The team winning the competition will receive a cash prize of Rs 311,111 while the runner-up will be awarded Rs 111,111. (RSS)
