Simaltal bus accident: Identity of deceased confirmed

By Basanta Parajuli, Narayangadh, July 13: The body recovered from the Narayani River the Golaghat in Meghauli west of Chitwan has been identified. 

The Indian Aadhar card in the name of Rishi Pal Sah was found on the deceased body thereby,  making identification possible. 

According to the District Administration Office, Chitwan, the recovered body has been identified and it confirmed that he was onboard in the bus that went missing on Friday morning.

The body was found in the Narayani River some 50 kilometres away from the site of the accident.

Earlier, the dead body was recovered at the Golaghat in Meghauli west of Chitwan on the second day after two passenger buses went missing from Simaltal within Bharatpur Metropolitan Municipality-29.

The body was recovered on the riverbank of Golaghat, Narayani River around 50 kilometres west of Simaltal, the site of the accident. 

According to Bheshraj Rijal, Deputy Superintendent of Police of Chitwan District Police Office, the recovered body is yet to be identified.
